This is a fun, clever story of how a teenage boys mind works. I love it when an author gives the guys point of view on things. Sebastian is cocky and full of himself and thinks he knows it all, but is really down to earth in his own way and has a really big heart. He is always looking out for his mom and his friends. This is a quick read that will captivate you from beginning to end and will give you trip down high school memory lane.
Sebastian has grown up watching his mom move from relationship to relationship always getting her heart broke. He is tired of seeing her tears and picking up the pieces and knows that love doesn't exist. That's why he became the anonymous "Hook-up Doctor" helping people get the one they want knowing it won't last. The only girls that he keeps in his life are his two best friends Aspen and Pris and of course his mom. He spends all his free time hanging with them or getting girls with his best friend Jaden. He knows all about girls and how to get them and what it takes to land the guy, seeing as he is one.
Well there is just one problem, Sebastian starts having feelings for the one person who has always been there for him and knows all his secrets, the one person that he has never seen in that way before. Now all of a sudden he is at a loss, he can't pick up girls, he goes to parties but all he sees is her. Taking a page from his own book, he starts using the techniques he tells his clients to use, but soon realizes this girl is more than just a hook up, for the first time in his life he is in love and it scares him to death. Everything he has ever known and any game he has ever played is suddenly thrown out the window. Can he overcome his fear for her and realize that love is worth the risk of possibly getting hurt or will he ruin everything and disappoint everyone who believes in him.
