After leaving the Hartman Ranch in order to keep her new friends out of danger, Weston embarks on a mission to save her brother and the other Deltas with the help of someone from her past. While at it, she will learn more about the Delta Project itself and what it is about the Deltas that makes them special.
During her journey, she will be put in difficult situations. Will she be able to remain the caring, fun-loving Weston she became? Or will she revert to the cold, distant D005 of her past?
And will she ever see Cormac or any of the others ever again?

Review:
5 SMARDY PANTS STARS!!! In Book One, Delta Project Hide, we met D005 a.k.a Weston. We experienced her ups and downs at learning new things as she struggled to regain her memory. She learned how to form friendships and care about people and what it's like to have a family, then she had it all ripped away from her. Then there was that CLIFF HANGER, that had me going crazy. Well, Book Two, Delta Project Rescue is EVEN BETTER!!! Weston is on her own with no one to turn to. She left the only real family and friends she ever had just to keep them safe. She has a plan to save her brother, D006 and the other Deltas, now she just needs someone to help her see it through. She turns to the only person that knows the compound inside and out, she just has to convince him to help her. We find out more about Weston's background in the book and she grows more into the person she's suppose to be. If you thought she had struggles in the first book, you haven't read anything yet. I'm chomping at the bits to give you details but I hate spoilers so I will refrain, but I will leave you with this... I freaking loved this book, absolutely LOVED it!!
About the Author:
Jessica Jaster lives in Iowa with her husband and her (currently) one year old and two year old, as well as their cat, Pandora.
Jessica graduated from the University of Iowa with a degree in Anthropology. Yes, she realizes that there is a big difference between Anthropology and writing young adult novels. She actually tried for an English major (well actually, it was Criminal Justice, then English, then Anthropology), but the classes she had to take just did not fly with her. Although, since Anthropology is pretty much just the study of humans and human culture, it could tie in with her novels in some way.
She has always had an over-active imagination and has been making stories up in her head for herself for as long as she can remember and finally decided to start writing them down (when she is not busy chasing the two little ones around anyway) and sharing them with anyone interested. Most ideas she has so far for her novels are for young adults - some fantasy, some science fiction and some normal contemporary story-lines.
