Her real name is Faith, not Leah. She’s seventeen, not nineteen. And the baby isn’t hers—Faith kidnapped her.
Faith’s history catches up with her when a cop starts asking questions and Chris’s aunt spots her picture in the newspaper. She knows it’s time to run again, but if Faith leaves, she’ll lose Chris. If Chris is in love with a lie, though, did Faith ever really have him in the first place?

Review:
5 freaking stars! This is a story about a brave young girl. A girl who's had a horrible childhood with a crack whore mom that doesn't give a damn about her. Faith is on the run with a new born baby. She takes all the money she has and goes as far as it will take her, to a new state where she meets amazing people that welcome her with open arms. But, it's all a lie. Faith is in so deep she can't tell the truth now for fear of losing everything. Especially the one guy that makes her feel things she's never felt before. Faith can't hide forever and her troubles start to catch up with her.
This is a book that I will read over and over. It sucked me in and made me feel as though I was living the story. Poor Faith, she is so young and so brave. You will be proud of her and feel sorry for her and you can't help but love Chris, he is such a great guy with his own sad story. I can't wait for more from Jamie Blair, I will definitely be adding her to my list of awesome authors.
Jamie Blair spent most of her teen years choreographing moves for her dance team routines, kissing boys on the couch after her mom went to bed, and pondering the mood enhancement qualities of Lemon Heads when consumed with Diet Coke. Writing under Kelli Maine, she's the USA Today bestselling author of Taken. Leap of Faith is her debut New Adult novel.
